That depends on who you ask. If you are a Liberal, then yes, he is responsible for everything bad on earth. If you are a Conservative, then no, Clinton is to blame. If you are an Independant, then both of the above are to blame. Everyone else just blames me :).

No, the people are because we make these decisions and we choose to do whatever we ant to do. If George Bush was a dictator then he would be responsible for everything bad that happens on Earth.

No Cheney helps. Ha Ha ha.....ohhhh side hurts now. No. Bush does what he thinks is best. It may not be. But hell, he still has the best interest of the country in the forefront. If the world was so easy to manage then we wouldn't have so many problems. Bush created a lot of crap. We knew there weren't any WMD. But hell, we needed a foothold in the Middle East and we deposed a tyrant committing great atrocities. Bush is just the person who gets the blame. He didn't do this by himself. He is trying and the next president will too and so on and so forth. If you don't like his policies, vote. If you don't like his choices, protest. If you don't like his suit, blame his mother.

I have a sore from a hangnail I pulled, and that i'm fantastically positive that this isn't the fault of George W Bush. even if, I do imagine that a strong case would nicely be made that Dubya's overseas coverage priorities have led to catastrophic failure (Iraq, basically.) And his overseas coverage vacuums (i.e. the inability of any discernable coverage with regards to Israel, the middle east, and being an 'trustworthy broking service) have eroded the U. S.' status because the bypass-to intermediary. beforehand presidents would have extra acceptable managed the Lebanon debacle. So he absolutely can't steer clear of a few duty for much of the undesirable information we listen on the information, even if no unmarried individual is answerable for all of it.

No he isn't..... not for everything bad that happens on earth... even though some enjoy accusing him of such.
As a matter of fact, he is responsible for much good that has happened on this earth... but you won't see much of that credit given to him.
Examples:
1. Low unemployment (5.3 million new jobs)
2. Excellent growth.
3. Low inflation (under 3% ... In spite of gas prices)
4. Low interest rates.
5. Bush has given tax breaks back to the working class.
6. Has lead the world in aid to Africa.
7. He has appointed more minorities to the highest levels in government.
8. He has increased spending on education, environment, social programs, Medicaid and drug plans.
9. He has extended tax cuts.
10.The economy is still stable in spite of the war and Katrina.
And:
He has restored our moral values. He relies on God for guidance in his decision making. (His ethics and moral values are those seen of Godly men.)
He cares enough to try to make this country a better and safer place?
He openly asks for solutions from both parties. (but because of their political agendas would rather his polices fail then for them to work as a team to better this country.)
And the war in Iraq has brought down an evil dictator, Saddam, and freed the Iraqis to begin a new government. They now have a Prime Minister and a full Cabinet, and have established their own Constitution. They have soldiers in training and a police force. And the Iraqis are thankful to our troops for their help and support in all these things.
And now, our troops, our coalition, and the Iraqi police have brought down and killed the evil terrorist leader, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. Since his death, many raids (600+) and many documents and have lead to the capture of other terrorist.
President Bush has accomplished much... In spite of bashing from the media and the left...
Unfortunately, the "leftist" and Liberals will see nothing but negativity in our President. They will continue to make fun of his way of talking, the way he looks, the way he walks, and never give him any credit for any of the good he has done.
This bashing and disrespect is sad that they choose to do this instead of supporting him. However, President Bush will just continue doing the job he was elected to do, inspite of them.

Nope he is not that powerful!!!! He just chose the wrong place to fight. We should be in Afghanistan, in fact by now, we should have had Osama and his group of terrorists should be gone. Without his money they can't operate. He also has defied the Constitution by bypassing legal venues. But gee the earth is a very big place and I am sure that he couldn't have caused ALL the problems.

Where exactly does Mr.Bush's buck stop?
I certainly appreciate his military service, his excellent record of charitable contributions, and his "natural ability" at placating rogue nations (especially his skills in the Middle East), and his clear love for the people of New Orleans, but can he be expected to save the whole world?

He is responsible for:
The division of the American people.
The cause of Global Warming.
The unforgivable act to write discrimination into the US Constitution.
The deaths of thousands of Americans.
The death of 100's of thousands of innocent Iraqis, worse than Saddam Hussein.
The reason older Americans have to choose between medications or cat food to survive.
The reason thousands of Americans die every year because they cannot afford health care.
The trillion dollar debt!
The Holy War occuring on this planet right now.
The increase in hate crimes.
I could go on and on, but I am just getting mad.
