AHH! you have tonsil stones... they form in crypts in your tonsils. They are super gross (I get them all the time).
What happens is that you have these small crevices in your tonsils that collect debris (i.e. small bits of food). Once the debris is in there, your body attacks them and forms that white stuff around them.
Now, there are several things you can do. You can leave them there, but be forwarned, they make your breath smell really bad. They do go away on their own. You can gargle with mouth wash, which can loosen them. Or... you can remove them. I don't think this is necessarily recommended by doctors, but you can squirt them with a water pick or take a Q-tip and gently push right next to where it is. The pressure from the Q-tip will actually pop the tonsil stone right out. Don't swallow it. Yuck.
Try looking up tonsil stones or tonsil crypts. If that's not what it is, perhaps you have strep throat, but that would likely be a bunch of white spots all over your throat.

Tonsils are lymphoid organs, that helps for fighting infections. The White spots you are saying is a necrotic debris, that usually forms on the crypt surface of tonsils whenever you have throat infection.
The white spot is just like pus, that is formed in wound in other part of your body.
You need not to worry about these white spots. If you have some symptoms of systemic infection (e.g. fever, difficulty in breathing), then you can see your doctor and take some antibiotics.
Otherwise you really don't have to do anything to remove them. They will come out spontaneously after some time. Gargling with Luke warm water with a pinch of salt may me soothing for your throat pain.

Hmm... a white scab on your tonsil... You sure about that? I don't think that can occur. Check again if you still have it. Are you having throat irritations or swolleness of the neck? The white spot on your tonsil is probably an infection which can be cured by anti biotics.
I don't have white scab theores in any of my medical books. The best thing to do now is consult your local family doctor, if it still persists.

It is likely pus. Pus is mostly made up of dead white blood cells that fought a tough battle fighting germs and lost.
Try taking about 600mg of ibuprofen 3 times for a day with at least 8 oz of water each time for a day or two. If it doesn't go away after a couple of days, go see your doctor for antibiotics.
Ummm .. a month? Maybe time to go to an Ear/Nose/Throat specialist.

The chances of you having cancer of the tonsils is extremely rare. You probably just aggravated your infection by 'popping' the lump on your tonsil. Tell your parents what you did and that you still feel strange...they will know what to do next. Good luck.

It sounds like you could have strep throat, I would let a doctor look at it. If you are running a fever then you are contagious and need to be treated with antibiotics.Strep throat will look like cottage cheese on your tonsils and they will be red and swollen.
