Claire's and Charlotte Russe have really good deals on earrings. also forever 21 has good earrings and belts. They are all reasonably priced too!

Charlette Russe....its also has clothes and shoes, but it has a pretty big accessories selection
clair's is also a common choice, but it VERY VERY VERY kiddish

claires sometimes has good stuff but they're usually expensive. try wet seal, they have great belts.
