Why don't you want your parents to know? I am sure you can call the school, but your parents can find anything out from the school since you are a minor. I would talk to your parents about it. And ask them to call. They know what is in your best interest. :) Have a nice day!

We all know that phys ed can be hell. Everyday it can be worse and worse, especially in Jr High. Most of us have been there. Some teachers can make it better and some just delight in making it the pits. I remember this because I was growing lots during that time and was really clumsy. Had a coach that might as well been a Marine drill sgt.
OK, if there is nothing going on sexually between you and the teacher, and I am going to assume you know what that all means, then the best thing you can do is get your parents on your side. Obviously, you have already decided that your parents are not to be trusted with this. Shame. Are you sure?
Students in jr. high school don't have much power by themselves. My best advice, and this is only if there is nothing going on that you are ashamed of, is to approach the teacher and ask them to help.
Understand that if anything improper is even HINTED at, the teacher not only can lose their job, they can lose their family, and they can go to jail. Is that enough warning? If you are on the up and up, play it that way - be open and honest. Do not help ruin lives.

My first question would be why do you want the teacher? Second: why not tell your parents? Third: Go for it. Ask the school the least they can do is say "no". But you better have a really good reason why you want the teacher other than because they give "A's" and not that you think he/she is good looking. LOL

ask your parents for help. Is there really any reason they wouldn't want you to have that particular teacher? If they won't perhaps you might want to consider that they have your best interest at heart. I don't think it's ever a good idea to keep things from your parents. If you are hiding your intentions from them it must be because you KNOW they wouldn't approve. I'm sure if you really thought about it, You would KNOW that they are right!

DON'T cut your parents out of the loop. Let them know what's going on in your life. Whatever your reason for wanting that teacher, if your parents don't think it's a good idea, then LISTEN to them. It's their job to look out for you.

I would suggest going to the front office during lunch or something, and talking to the school counselor. They're there mostly to help with scheduling things. If you don't have a counselor, just talk to the front office secretary or grade-level principal.
