A fetus has a right to live. A right you probably deny it. As for handguns, I do believe only adults are allowed to legally own handguns. So I do believe every fetus should have the right to be born and then have his/her full God-given rights, as listed in the Bill of Rights.
Why must you use such intemperate language? Full of hatred and bile, as typical of liberals and other permanent adolescents?

It's debateable whether a fetus is considered a life. Even if it is, it would not have the right to own a firearm, you have to be of age.
Why would a religious nut want a gun??

Only if it is an American fetus and has had all the necessary firearms training courses. And if it is an even tempered fetus. We wouldn't want an armed furious ferocious fetus running around taking pot shots at people from his mommy's tummy.

The answer to your "odd" question is no. An unborn child would not qualify, since you must be 21 years old to own a handgun.
