That's like asking the difference between underwear and your butt.
Bra = item of women's clothes.
Cleavage = the top of a woman's breasts that show when she's got a lowcut shirt on.

too tight a bra creates cleavage. A bra made to push together creates cleavage. But you have to have a certain amount or no cleavage. Ahhh the wonder bra great creation.:-)

Bras are an intriguing problem. Are they a valiant attempt to hold down something only leading to bringing them up?
I had come across tribals in M.P.(India) who do not cover their breats. When I see women wearing bras I feel that the tribal fashion has spread to cities.
They recently solved the eternal question What comes first, the egg or the chicken. They have now taken up the question,"Do bras cover the cleaage or reveal it?"

Bras are clothing... the garment you were ON your breasts.... cleavage is the form your breasts make when smooshed together. LOL A good bra can give you good cleavage. ;)

Ladies hide their bras. Desperate women show their cleavage.
