Im thinking about going fishing the "lazy redneck" style except with M-60's instead of TNT, so I need to know if they will stay lit under water and EXPLODE!!!

I do know that M-80s will stay lit underwater. Get a raft or canoe and bring some rocks and string. Tie the M-80 to the rock with the string and light. Let the M-80 sink, and be prepared for the instant waves coming at the boat.

Happy Fishing!!

What you need to do is find a commercial fishing area and ask for seal bombs its a water proof explosive made to scare beluga whales and seals away from fishing nets and is equivalent to about a quarter of a stick of dynamite be careful and have fun LOL.

YES they do! recently (on the 4th) my boyfriend and a few of our friends were messing around with some fireworks and we dropped a lit one in the sewer Matt was standing next to- and it DID explode and he got sprayed with sewer water!

Yes, if they have waterproof wicks. A note though, firecrackers aren't what they uesd to be and really don't kill fish well now.
