i got to leave on vacation and would like to bring the ring along w/ me for witnessing purposes.. problem is... its tomorrow, but i have a small time space that i can do it in...so....

i know it takes a week, but how long does it take for a person just to resize it? i know they wont work on a single ring for a week

Call the place it was purchased and see if they can get you in. If they can't call a couple other places and see what they say. Dif jewelers have dif time spans... some do it right their at the shop... others send it out to be done elsewhere. Best solution call around and save the gas!

Looks like you have a few choices to go with. From a previous post it sounds like Zales can do it while you wait. I imagine that depends on how busy it is. I had mine done and it took about a week, but I had other repair work done on it at the same time. I believe I took it to Jarod Jewelers or Weisfield.

depending on the size it's to be resized to, 24 hours to 2 weeks.

About 30 min if the right person does it. Drop it off, be precise what needs to be done, have it fed ex to your destination, but it's Sunday?

if you go the place where they fix gold, half an hour.

Well, it could take up to 2 or 3 days, but you can explain. other wise do it where you are going.
