Who says it's only Democrats, my friend?
Ignorance, meekness and stupidity are not limited to one party.
Plenty of good Republicans have said one thing only to never follow through with it.
Example: "I promise you that I will be a Uniter and not a Divider"
"I want a kinder, gentler America for all"
Bet you can't guess who said the above?

Up until a short time ago I was a pretty die-hard Republican, but the events surround illegals, NAFTA, and our national security became an enlightening moment for me.
I will now align myself with who ever will support the liberties and freedoms which our founding fathers created.
Sadly, the line between the Republican and Democrat philosophies have blurred. While individuals may see themselves as Conservatives or liberals, the leaders are pretty much alike.

If you've tried to ask a serious question we are still waiting. You've asked nothing. Too open ended. Give some examples to back your comment. By the way, I'm a republican so you're not hurting my feelings.

Democrat politicians are stuck in an inherent hypocricy. Whereas Republican politicians are rich people who make no apologies for rich people, Democrat politicians are rich people who claim that rich people are bad and the cause of most of this country's problems. So, from square one, they're hypocritical. From there, they get all tangled in inconsistencies as they try to reconcile their original hypocrisy.

It's a common theme with all politicians, not just Democrats. Remember when President Bush claimed he would "restore honor and dignity" to the White House? Do you think he held up on that?
