If ladies wear a lot of make up during the day, then they will look different once the make up is off. Make up should be off before sleeping and cleaned as it's not good for the skin and besides it messes the pillows etc. Perhaps you men should check a girl without her make up before you marry her lol! But both men and women tend to look rather sleepy in the morning anyway, it's natural! No big deal really.

I have often wondered this about myself. I am very beautiful by day time, but some friends at a camp saw me in the morning and go "Girl you need help." It the difference of my hair not done or done. I am not a natural beauty, I have to try at it. Believe me you don't want to see me in the morning without my hair and make up done. I wish I was one of those natural beauties like Angelina Jolie, but I'm not. I did have a wake up call when I saw some of those guys that dress in drag. They used makeup and dresses and probably hormones but they were sexy and gorgeous. I realized then, if they could do it being guys...I can do it alot easier...and I have.

As for me,I strongly believe that beauty reflected on the outside depends primarily on how good one feels deep within. So thus, if everything is in balance and in harmony it's a guaranteed toxic-free day.
Healthy diet, regular exercise, normal patterns in sleeping or a saturday night-out with peers, moderate dosages to everything may it be in vices or extra-curricular activities at that, being surrounded by loving&supportive friends and family circle and to top it all, one's daily reunion with mind, body and soul----- that absolutely all plays an important role in creating a good vibrance in feeling good in one's own skin regardless of the time of the day.
As for why all those transitions? It's when all the elements mentioned above are in total chaos so then one can expect emotions raging like pinballs and hormones getting tupsy-turvy acting like neurons trying to connect its nerve endings -- stressing, electrifying, depressing.
And or otherwise,--inspiring,motivating,elating.
"Live each day like it's your last, rejoice and make sure to add happiness in each little moment that you experience.. :-) "

Makeup and wash the sweat and oil off their face in the shower. Plus they wake up and the zombie stare they give you is replaced with a face that now shows emotion. Yay!
