Don't do it! They will take your money and I highly doubt it is Yahoo! You should e-mail Yahoo and tell them about it so more people don't get ripped off.

I am from Israel. I received also the same promises and the same demand. As soon as I sent them the money, they cut all contact. The problem is they cite a real ONG, use real Yahoo logos and paperwork. I could not inform Yahoo about this abuse, because I don't know to whom I should write. But it's false. My advice is don't do what I did - don't send them any money.

This is a scam. Do not give them any information about you. They are looking for your bank account, or credit card numbers so that they can steal from you, not give you money. Yahoo has no such contest. PLease be careful.
