That depends on so many factors. Nice papers come in a variety of textures (glossy, matte, artist canvas) and weights (how thin and floppy can the work be?). Take the same specs to a dozen printers and you'll get a dozen different price quotes.
I did a search using these terms: color poster high quality print and I found a couple of places that may be able to meet your needs.

Depends on what you mean by "Lush Paper" there is a great site called CafePress that will allow you to upload the artwork and order as many as you want you can also sell them online. I have a cafepress store set up check my source.
