ok first chill. I didnt click on it because i was too afraid. But thankfully its still daytime and you dont need to go to sleep. Call up some friends and hang out. tell them about it so (if they really are your friends that care about you) they would do whatever they can to keep you from thinking about it.
Or you can just distract yourself by answering questions on here or watching tv or something.
