Nope, lizards are very much land based. depending on the fish you could get aquatic frogs (african clawed frogs). Certain newt species will do fine with little or no land too. Just make sure to check up on the needs of that specific species before dumping it in an aquarium ;-)

There are no lizards that can live completely in the water..there are some semi aquatic ones but you'd need to lower the water level in the tank and put a basking area so you wouldn't really be able to keep fish with it(never mind the fact that the lizard would most likely eat them.)Someone else recommended aquatic frogs(African dwarf frogs if you have small fish or clawed frogs if your fish are on the large side.)these frogs would definitely be a better choice.

no lizards but you could put newts in with some fish species, but you would still want something to float so they could rest on top of the water at times. There is also an amphibian called the water dog that i've seen in pet shops but don't know if it would eat your fish or not..good luck

real smart question if you think lizards can breathe underwater forever! their land breathing air lizards.not a fish get a eel or something like that.

I had acouple firebellied newts in my fishtank as well as a dwarf frog. They are both good additions
