While superglue is ideal for fixing things, it's downright scary when the glue bonds to your skin. Most fast-bonding glues, including nail glue and plastic-bonding glue, contain cyanoacrylate and require careful handling. Here's how you can extract yourself from a sticky situation.

Steps:
1. Do not attempt to tear or force apart the glue. This could tear your skin.

2. Apply acetone-based nail-polish remover to the area. The acetone breaks down the bond.

3. If there's a lot of glue on your skin, soak the skin in nail-polish remover to dissolve the bond.

4. Clean the area with soap and water after removing the glue.

5. If you don't have nail-polish remover, soak the affected skin in warm, soapy water.

6. Slowly roll the skin to work apart the bond as the warm water soaks through. Continue doing this until the skin is free of glue.

Overall Warnings:

If you get superglue in your eye or mouth, keep the eye or mouth open while you rinse it with water for 15 minutes. Seek medical attention immediately.

Nail polish remover works.
I just glued the cap from a tube of Super glue to my finger. I soaked the finger in nail polish remover and gently removed the cap. It took about 5 minutes, but did the trick perfectly.

See Doctor quickly takes a while to wear off. Not good for blood flow and I wouldn't try a bunch of home remedies that might hurt me. PS I would tell the Doc My friends caught me drunk though lol. And If he quits laughing before a stroke he might not even charge. Have a good one.:-)
