Most likely something racist(Zidane is from the north African heritage, son of Algerian immigrants) or so.
Even then it i s no excuse to act as Zidane did. He could have wait until the end of the game punish Italians with goal and then report the dirty language to the officials'
Anyway whatever Matterazi said it must be masterpiece of cursing. Provoking someone like Zidane is not easy
