Yep there is. This year it is Germany. They beat Portugal yesterday 3-1.

Yes, Germany and from what I saw today they should have had second to France taking first. They played a much higher caliber game than the Italians ever thought of. I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out how Italy got to the finals.
