These programs may live under a different name. Look at International Studies Programs and names like that. I just looked at the University of Oregon (just because I'm in Eugene, OR, where the UofO is) and they have such a program. Check the web page to see if this is what you mean...

On that page they link to their annual newsletter, which I also looked at, and it might also be worth your time to read.
I'd caution you about one thing: This sort of program can give you a shallow mishmash of courses in which you learn a little about a lot of things, but not a lot about anything, which can easily leave you pretty much unemployable.
