Have a theme based small get togther at your house.. 80's perhaps... you can dance to that song "dancing queen only 17" its a great number....
I had a blue jeans and white shirt party for my 17 bday.. thats what all the boys and girls wore.. thats how my cake was.. the pics turned out great !!
Google party idea... you will get great hlp there as well..

Plan something fun and legal with your friends (6 flags - wet n' wild - rafting - skating - camping - theme party at home (luau - 80's) take lots of pictures and enjoy your birthday cake!

well u gotta have ur friends...whitewater rafting, rent some jetskis, egg some enemies houses/ toilet paper or cornflake their car, make a huge bonfire, and get smashed....sounds like a good day to me :)
