You know when you type something in the search bar, everytime you go to type something else it shows what has all been typed at other times? I hate that.

if using windows xp: go to start>find internet explorer(if that is what you are using)>right click> choose internet properties>choose "Content" tab>choose "autocomplete" button, then uncheck the boxes.
also:
if you have one of those toolbars from yahoo or google in internet explorer, then choose options and uncheck "autofill"

In Internet Explorer you can go to Tool > Internet Options > Content tab > AutoComplete button > Uncheck Forms and/or Web Adresses. Or you can just click the Clear Foms button so that you start over.

Also, you can quickly delete previously entered text by highlighting in the dropdown them and clicking the delete button.
