at 5'2 I have a standing reach of about 6'7" nedless so say people don't ask me to reach things for them lol.

I am 6'4" and have a reach well over 8.5' but my hands are 12" long which helps

The length of your arms is proportionate to your height. If you hold your arms to the sides straight in line with your shoulders, the length from fingertip to fingertip is the same as your height.
