The Koran states that Muslims are supposed to pray 5 times a day. While I don't know much about the religious aspect of washing, I do believe that water is a precious commodity in the Sahara desert and is used more for drinking than washing.

most Muslims shower daily. I think the ones that don't may have lived in areas where water is scarce and precious.Americans are a bit overly concerned about hygiene. Sometimes anonymous polite notes to the person who needs to change according to American customs. I've done it and explained that it was just an American custom. I hope this helped.

In some middle eastern cultures a man's "manliness" is evidenced by having a strong body odor. I don't think it has anything to do with being a Muslim per se.

Youre actually totally ignorant and have no idea what youre talking about.
Why not wash your own prejudices and get real?
A huge percentage of our worlds population is Muslim, including in the US. Many of them are wonderful people.
Why not pull your head out of your ***? Thats probably what you smell.

They do shower. It's not body odor, it's the scent of the herbs and spices they use in cooking. That's true in a lot of cultures. It isn't a religious issue.
