I don't think humans can read mind, but they sure can guess. Psychology studies people's behaviors and emotions. People study psychology to find out WHY people act certain way or say certain things. And once you find out WHY, it's just one step away from finding out WHAT.

Interesting thoughts, but I am terribly sorry that I do not agree with the beginning of your hypotheses. We were created by God, but that does not make us robots or robot like. God created the universe as well, does that mean we are all living in one gigantic robot? Robots are programed to do certain things in certain situations. God gave us free will, and we could react in different ways to same incoming data on different days. For example, day one we see fire and touch it...it hurts like heck. Day two, we see fire and don't touch it because we know it hurts when we touch it. We also have feelings, emotion, we can grow both physically and emotionally. Sure you can upgrade a robot to somewhat resemble growth, but it is not spontaneous growth. You also can't program a robot to truly FEEL joy, anger, love, lust, sorrow, etc. You can program a robot to act sad, happy, lust-full, vengefully, etc., in certain situations but I don't think you can program to actually feel that. That being said, I don't believe that we humans have the ability to read minds. I do believe that some people have the ability to read feelings and emotions from other people, but the specific thoughts are not able to be read like one computer reading the file in a nother computer. I do thank you though for the interesting thoughts, I just don't happen to agree with them.

Speak for yourself on that robot thing, and yes, I can read minds, especially the minds of agnostics. You see, agnostics are predictable: they believe in nothing, so they have no faith in anyone or anything.

I can read the minds of people that I see go through things that I have gone through myself, but I think it is more remembering what I thought while I was going through their situation rather than any actual telepathic powers.

No.
At this time, we recognize no mechanism by which chemical or electrical activity on the scale of that which takes place in the brain could be interpreted " at a distance ".

Yes. Only it goes beyond humans who only use 10% of their brains (a short read. lol) Many other species offer telepathic communication also.
