There is no such thing as "training wheels", although the Honda Goldwing does have an aftermarket package for outriggers that will keep the bike upright at traffic lights.
I once saw an old guy (must have been in his late 80s!) riding a Goldwing. He pulled up to a traffic light and "vwipp!" these little outriggers flipped down ... which was a very good thing, because I don't think his feet would have reached the ground! When he pulled away, "vwipp!" the outriggers lifted up automatically when the bike reached 5-10 mph.
That sort of package is available on very few machines (in fact, I am only sure about the Honda Goldwing), and should definitely be installed by a factory-trained mechanic. A mistake in settings at speed could be as deadly as a tank trap.
Try contacting your local Honda dealer, and do not consider installing the "kit" yourself, please.
I hope this helped.

I've seen one on the road and it looks so stupid.
They are made for Harley Davidsons, for people who cant ride and are afraid of falling down. There should be a law against them. If you cant ride either learn to do it right or take the bus as you shouldnt be on the road

I've never seen them. Ever think about adding a side car. You'll get the same results.
