Well, I use the cheapest available (store brand) But if I were not on a tight budget I would use Tide. It cleans the best. But I think original Gain smells the best.

I use Gain or Tide with Bleach.. I also use Clorox2 with every load of clothes and Liquid Downy with a Downy ball and those sheets you put in the washer to keep dyes from runnin on your clothes.. SHOUT IT OUT sheets.

Usually Tide, but sometimes Cheer... I've tried going cheaper with All and Purex, but they make me break out in a rash.

I tend to rotate, every time i buy a box i buy a different one if you wash always in just one kind of detergent
your wash will aquire a soap residue buildup
that washing with a different formula of detergent will remove.

We use Gain Joyful Expressions Powder (the liquid sours on clothing if the person wearing it prespires.)

I use arm & hammer perfume free. I've also used both tide and all perfume free.

I use a lot of detergent as I have teenage boys. Kirkland brand (Costco) works well and is cost effective.
