Whoever posted "escargots" has no knowledge - probably of anything! Escargots are snails (which as you know don't have legs) . Les grenouilles Jambes or more properly caisses is your answer.
They taste like chicken, because when God came to handing out flavours at the creation, he got stuck after beef, mutton, fish and called everything else chicken! :-)

Frog legs = ''cuisses de grenouille'' and not ''jambes de grenouille''
You call them legs in English, but the part that you really eat are the ''cuisse's' which are the thighs.

In Montreal, they're called "cuisses de grenouille" on the menus.
