I cracked up the first 1/2 hour but for the rest of the movie, it was sad because his father dies but then and all it was only a dream. Sorry if I spoil the movie but it was the hardest I laughed this year.

I posted this in my blog...what an awesome movie...even has some valuable lessons.
What a great movie! I need to be up in 4 hours...I'm not sure if I would have been able to sleep regardless...I just got off the phone talking to Heather again. Actually...I kinda woke her up...it was rather cute. She told me how when she watched click it brought her and a girlfriend of hers to tears. This movie was truly was awesome. It really had meaning behind it too...it really puts things to perspective.
We go through our lives often wishing we could fast forward through difficult times. I know that if I had that remote I would have easily fast forwarded through this point in my life...starting with the day I found out my father had cancer...hell if not then...the day I came home from leave from JRTC. Its weird how we take the little things for granted. I think we all need to realize that difficult times are what truly makes us who we are at a later date. Its never going to be easy...and an easy life prolly isn't worth living...
I know that as Heather and I grow older there will be hard times...but I am hopefull that with those hardtimes will be lessons and we will grow from them.
So right after I finished watching the movie I called her up...and in that soft voice she answers...its so nice I can call and wake her up...and most people would be like omg...she's like awww....even if it was just to tell her how much I love her...and how I will never take that for granted. I don't want to wake up one day...and realize I'm old and gray and lived a life unworthy of living. I want to live like there is no tomorrow...
OK, your prolly thinking...wow...you really got something from this movie...and actually I've always thought this way...its just applying those thoughts on a regular basis I have to work on. N being this place is my place to just let the words flow...I thought I would share them...
So ya...sorry Heather for waking you up...she does have a cute voice though...lol
OK...so it was a great movie...and I highly recommend it. Totally funny...and people may just realize some things about life, and what not to do.
I think I'm on the right track...I know I've told Heather a number of times...that I will never take her for granted. It just feels so good to be content with life and the path it is going...amist everything else that is sooo crazy in my life...its nice to have refuge in her...a breath of fresh air.

It was your average Adam Sandler movie, it was ok. There was a part in there that made me cry, which I didn't expect.

It was good, for one of his movies. A lot better than "Wedding Singer".
