It could be a fuel injector problem.

When you change spark plugs, you have to make sure that you have the right plugs and that the gap is just right. Look in your owner's manual to find out the actual gap dimensions. You can get a gapper, which helps you measure right, at any parts store for about a $1.
If you have oil in the spark plug holes, that will make them miss.

You might have water in your gas and that would act like a miss. There are additives for gas to get rid of water.

Get the timing set for you.

Definitely not the timing set, they are using a double bicycle timing chain and gears. They do not fail. Sounds like bad gas or bad fuel filter. Good luck.
