I have removed the dash board but can not seem to find bolts for firewall side removal. I have a 2000 chevy blazer two wheel drive. My heater core is bad and I need to change it but I'm having trouble getting it out please help.

There are none on the firewall side. You have to kind of just do it blind. 1/4 inch drive with swivel and extension. I think they are 7mm. Sorry, I know that's a real *****. Good luck.

If the heater middle isn't leaking, there might want to no longer be a reason to do away with it. attempt employing Plumber's Helper to flush the device. Drain about 2 quarts of water from the radiator and deploy the Plumbers Helper. do no longer deploy the radiator cap tight, purely to the first notch. Run the engine to move the aggregate for approximately 3 minutes then flush with sparkling water. upload your anti-freeze blend and word the way it fairly works. also examine the cable which adjusts the temperature of the heater and make efficient that's not kinked. do no longer leave the Helper's Plumber contained in the engine more suitable than 3 minutes or that's going to wreck the seal contained in the water pump impeller....
