What do you think it takes to be a "Webmaster"?

It's really not hard. Anyone who runs a website and can do basic design can be considered one. Obviously, the things they design help determine how good the webmaster is.

Knowing how to write Internet pages, handle email, and check to make sure site is up and running. You will need a website to be webmaster. Good luck
