I was watching a live video of them and his voice sounded TERRIBLE.

His voice sounded terrible b/c Panic at the Disco is terrible.

Chances are the video quality sucked IE. it was recorded with a cell phone type garbage video recorder. If you see them live, you'll be able to tell the difference. Maybe they don't sing perfectly live but it wont be as horrible as on the video.

Brendon has a tendency to lose his voice easily. But he sounded just fine at the concert I was at the other night.

panic! at the disco sucks live. it's studio magic that makes them sound better. but i still like them :D .
they're just like fall out boy, who also sucks live, but P!atd can all play their instruments in tune.
