Do you need a i.d? Which hurts the most? How much is it?

My cousin is 13 too, and pierce her tongue, but her parents got so mad at her.

at least 18, and in some states 21. a tat is long term decision. think about it. you can't wash it off, and as your body changes that tat will change with it. and a tongue piercing...! what, are you gay? most of the people I ever met w/tongue piercings were....(something to think about...)

I would not tatoo at 13 maybe 21 or older so you can be sure you want to keep this for the rest of your life. Piercing I guess ok it can close again whenever you dont want it anymore. But make sure whoever does it for you know how to. You dont want it to get infected of use unsanitary intrument for this. I my self havent had either done yet but I will get a tatoo soon. I think they are not cheap but their worth it if they do it right. Id I think they will ask for this. And which hurts the most I would not know.yet

Well since your thinking about it u must not be too young for it. i think tounge would hurt the most/longest. But if your parents sing for u then u wont need an i.d., but u DO need a person over 18 to go w/u.

You must be 18 to get it done professionally without parental consent.
Tongue pierce -- I would imagine you will have a lot of pain, tattoo not as much.

18. You can get hepatitis C from a tattoo as a lot of them use the same ink bottle they dipped the needle in from the last person. You can paralyze your tongue if it isn't pierced right and the metal chips your teeth.

I got my tattoo when I was 14 and my mom had to sign for me. It really doesn't hurt that bad, just like a cat scratching you.

You have to be 18 unless your parents sign, and as far as pain goes, I have my tounge pierced and it didnt hurt, just awkward.

I would advise you to wait untill you are 18, you are going through alot of changes right now as a teen. and you would probably regret making that decision .

If your parents sign for it. If they don't you have to wait until your 18.
