There is no safe way to lose that much weight quickly, depending on how quickly you mean. Anything less than about 2 months is really asking for trouble. Either that or just cut down on the food and do more exercise, it's that simple.

hmmmm........my first suggestion was gonna be chop your head off, but that would hurt and may not be legal in some states.
Losing weight quickly is not healthy, think how long it took for you to be the weight you are now, it didnt happen in a week or two did it??
It's actually a whole lot easier to learn to love yourself the way you are, appreciate who you are and what you are, and FORGET the stuff you see in magazines.

drink lots of water all day everyday bout 2and a half litres. eat whole meal carbs as they provide a feeling of fulness like all bran or wholemeal bread snack on veggies and fruit as they are low calorie like carrot sticks and increase your exercise go walking or running 3/4 days a week

as long as it is done properly with the right foods and exercises there should be no problems with losing fast. this is a great weight loss program you might like to try

Just change your way's of eating. I did it. i was 283 and now i am down to 252. Just eat small like i did and leave the soda's alone. I drink lot's of green diet tea and water and it helps

through your neighbours window? if you go to the gym try upping your workout by ten minutes,rowing machine if u can.dont think of it it as youre doing it for a week or too and you will lose that stone.didnt mean sex by doing it but that helps,whats ur addy?lol
