I personally don't like it. But yes it is original. I think you should take a vote from the answers and this should tell you about how kids will either pick on his as he grows up or if people will actually like it. But to be honest, if i met a guy named paxton, I would wonder what his mother was smoking when she named him. again on the other hand, it would look good on a resume. Paxton Breadheart. Sounds like a name you would hear on the insider. On second thought I like it. It depends on what your child's last name is. No offense but if you are black then leave that name alone. If your anything other than black then it might be okay.

i Like the name Paxton it is for any sex I picked the name Drew for my baby i didn't care if it was a girl or boy Drew is a good name either way. My son is Drew Michael. Just Pick a very feme middle name if you have a girl or a hip middle name for a boy

I was named a strange name,im 36 years old and growing up most girls were called sharon,joanne,tracey etc.
I was called christiana
I took alot of stick in school and growing up over it,i used to ask my parents why they named me this,they just used to say it was different and they made it up from 2 names.
Take advice from some-one who understands what can come of naming your child an 'odd' name
Dont do it,stick to a sensible name
your child will take alot of mickey taking and it will be your fault.
I shortened my name to christy and even that is odd and i still at my age get stick over it,even for christy.
Most people dont know my proper name and i never tell anyone coz its embarrassing.
Do yourself a favour and name your child a normal name

It would definitely be for a boy and it is a cute name. I know a little boy with that name. People weren't sure at first but it grows on you quickly. Trust me.

Sounds like a weird name. I wouldn't name a girl that. Maybe a boy. But I'm not sure if I would name my kid that. But I guess if you like it. Then that is all it matters.
