Randomly, for me, it's more fun answering a question. Makes me feel knowlegable and that I have an actual opinion. People feel like sometimes they are just "one person" but when you answer somebody elses questions, sometimes, it's just what the other person needed.

It's more fun to answer questions. It's like playing a giant trivia game every day. Nothing wrong with keeping your brain working.

Answering.
I think most people like to share their opinions on subjects that interest them. It makes us feel useful and valued.
However, there will always be the smart-@$$es that just use this forum to get their kicks. But in general, I think people on Yahoo Answers give their best answers.
