Yes. After a shower when your pores are softened, use your index finger and thumb to "slide" over the affected area to get the blackheads out. If they are deeped you may have to individually extract them to clear the debris from the pore. If you need help with this, consider an acne facial., in which an esthetician will cleanse and extract your blackheads without damaging your skin. Good luck

Exfoliation is the key. Find a good facial scrub, and use at least once a week. Also you may want to steam your face once in a while. Get a facial steamer or a pan of hot water with a towel over your head to absorb the steam into your pores or even a hot bath or shower will steam you suffiently. Sweat will solve a myriad of skin sins. Also a facial mask will help or pore strips. You may want to try a facialist at some point for better overall skin.

Keep your pores clean, that is very important! Use a facial cleanser that works on your pores. Blackheads develop from dirt and grease in pores. Dirt and grease is more common around the nose and on the forehead. Another tip you can use, is when you notice a blackhead SQUEEZE it until it bleeds and then the bleeding changes to water; that way you know the root of that blackhead is gone and won't come back.
