Truly depends on yopur zip code. I get great speeds, downloading stuff a 800+kB/s and uploading at about 120kB/s on torrents. it comes around 85 bucks including phone with free long distance.

It is a bit expensive but my only other choice is a crappy cable connection with a decent donwload speed but a even crappier upload that maxes out at about 30kB/s, really slow for torrents.

about 17 dollars a month. It's not as fast as cable, but when you're paying 1/3 of what a cable connection costs, i'll take the "slower" speeds. it's not even that slow, it's pretty fast. Even when i download 300 MB files, it doesn't take that long. and I dont' even do it that often. good luck toya.

It's their lowest speed package but it better than dial up

This package should apply for all states but I don't know
