You don't have to do anything with them. They are simply there for future reference by your browser.

Certificates are stored buy web pages to allow windows to verify their authenticity. Of all the things you have on your computer you can worry about these the least.

If you get rid of them you may have messages from windows in the future that it doesn't recognize the authenticity of a give web page. I know of no problem you will have by leaving them.

Download 'RoboForm'. It is suppose to be computer protected.
And it saves all the information for you and your information never leaves your computer. I did it this morning but I have been watching the information and tracking it for a while now. It's free, so check it out.
