I did some laundry in Barcelona and paid EUR 4 per load, plus EUR 1 for optional Internet access while I waited. I hang my clothes to dry, so I didn't pay for the dryer (which is often EUR 1 per ten minutes).

I just got back from Spain. In our condo/apt. we had laundry mats available to us. They were 3 Euros for the washer and 3 Euros from the dryer. We were able to dry our clothes on racks in our room. I would imagine that the public laundry mats are about the same, but I did not go.
