How do I change back to the old form?

OK, I'm taking a guess...
Have seen a lot of "How do I go back to the old Yahoo Home Page" questions, so maybe that is what you mean by "old form".

Scroll all the way down to the bottom on the Yahoo Home Page and look on the left for a link that says "Switch to old page".

If that's not what you mean, please repost with more infomation about what you are trying to do.
