Is it possible for a female who was bi, and then married a man to become straight, and totally not want any other women? The person I am speaking of is young, and seems totally committed to her relationship. Should I think she was just being curious, or is it a possibility that she could still be seeking more from women?

If she's in love with her husband, then it's possible (now stay with me here) that she doesn't want anyone else, male or female.

No, bisexuals do not turn into straight people, maybe she was just bi-curious to start off with. A bi girl that marries a man is still bisexual, just as if she is with another girl, she don't turn into a lesbian, still bi.

Your friend could be bi and just loyal to her husband, good. Bi people like both girls and guys but are only with one at a time, in a meaningful realtionship.

I don't think that she is turning straight, maybe her man likes the fact that she is "bi". From my experience, I was always bi-curious. I married a man who liked that about me, but he would never allow me to explore my curiousities. I will always love sleeping with a man, it's just nice to be able to add another woman to the mix. My boyfriend now encourages my curiousities and it has strengthened our relationship because of it. Also, it has strengthened my relationship with the women I've been with. She's not trying to hide the fact that she's bi, that's just it she's bi not full blown lesbian, or is she? You can IM me to talk about this more.

I am bisexual, I don't try to hide it. I am female and have been dating my boyfriend Ben for 5 months, I am 100% in love with him and cant see myself wanting anyone else. So really, I'm Bensexual. Why would this girl want to marry to be straight? Does that mean she is interested in men outside her marriage, but not women? I think not. She is still most likely bisexual, but if she is committed to her husband then she will most likely not show attention to either gender.

True love knows no gender. If she truly loves her husband, she should have eyes for no one else but him. But if they should ever split......no telling where her affections might go next. Being bisexual is having the whole population as possible partners!! I am in a 25 year strong relationship with my beloved partner and god forbid if I ever had to date again....the tendency might be for males, but hopefully I will never have to find out. In a nutshell, it will be her choice, whatever she feels, and no one should tell her otherwise.
