I usually get a salad, take out the cheese, don't add dressing, don't add croutons, and don't eat any of the meat. But since you don't like salad, uhm...you won't have many choices, sadly.
Someone took a fruit salad from there and set it on her counter for a few days. The apples didn't turn brown. I would suggest you stay clear of those.
The chicken is just barely alright. Though the breaded strips that are claimed "healthy" really aren't. You would be better off with a cheeseburger than eating those.
Well, have a grilled chicken sandwhich, take off the half of the bread with dressing, and drink water. Steer clear of ANY fries though, for sure. If you want to mantian weight at Mcdonalds, the fries are like a giant hot-fudge sundae to a diabetic.
Since my suggestion isn't a very big meal, remember to eat breakfast before work. It is a lot better for you to eat a large breakfast, smaller lunch, and light dinner than to skip breakfast, have a large lunch, and an even bigger dinner. You could also stick a protein bar in your pocket for a snack depending on your hours.
Best of luck!

Either the Asian Salad, Ceasar salad, or snack wrap, eat nothing from on the dollar menu. I am a gymnast and I have to eat healthy I have no choice and I go there after gymnastics sometimes and my coach tells me specificly what I can and cannot eat there. Just don't eat there very often. Mabey like 1 every week.

fruit and yogurt parfait, grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo. drink water, milk, juice or diet soda. skip the fries. take your lunch or something else to go with that sandwich so you don't get the fries. The don't have the best salads in the world but are they really that terrible? You very limited if you don't eat the salad.

History has shown stay away from the fries. They are the worst thing on the whole menu. I wouldn't eat totally healthy.. but go with the premium grilled chicked sandwhich with fruit bowl. For drink go for the lemonade or water. I usually get the lemonade, but add about 5% water to dilute it a little. Stay away from carbonated stuff as the carbonation is bad for you. The hardest thing to do when watching what you eat is watching how much you eat!

the sandwich and s. fry and s. drink are fine as long as it is not everyday. Alternate by getting just a piece of chicken without the sandwich part and the milk or juice.

I eat premium chicken strips and the apple\walnut salad. (The apple salad isn't really a salad but sliced applies with yogurt and walnuts on the side.) Eat the chicken with the apple and yogurt. Finish with the walnuts for dessert. Yum.

Why not get nothing and bring in something healthy from home and eat that on your lunch break or any break that you get. that would be the healty choice especially if you are trying to loose weight

Going to McDonalds for salad is like going to a crackhouse for cold medicine
