after 15 years of marriga she tells me shes out of love with me, she has been spendind every minute of her time with her "FRIEND" who is also divorced, they call each ohter every moring, they sleep at each others house, i think they may have even shared the same bed once or twice

Well, it doesn't really matter who she is with, she's done with you. Get rid of her and find a younger woman who loves you.
