toodle-oo
colloquial "good-bye" word, 1907, of unknown origin; variant tooraloo is recorded from c.1921.

It sounds rather "English" to me, dont you agree? And quite frankly I do believe it means, "Good-Bye", in the most friendly way. I rather think it to be quite the cutest expression, of saying "Good-Bye"!!! Smile!!
