tune into the nasa cannel or build a device capable of reciving the frecency transmitted by their dishes

go to the NASA website... also.. you may want to ask NASA.. sometimes there are Amateur Radio operators onboard space flights and they talk to Amateur Radio operators on the ground.. you'd have to get the frequencies used from NASA
