Check the headlight lens and housing for cracks. Sometimes these separate and come apart where the clear lens and the plastic housing are glued together. You could also check the O-ring on the light bulb base. It seals the bulb in its socket...and could be dried out or cracked and missing. If you find the source of the water leak....repair/seal it and dry up the water inside by blowing a warm hair dryer into the socket hole where the bulb mounts.

i have a 97 sunfire. its super easy to remove the headlights. i have done it several times to change out the bulbs. anyway....take a look in the manual to see how to take them out. it involves taking off a piece of heavy duty black plastic that runs the length of the front of the car...then you have to take out the bolts that hold the headlights onto the frame. once you get those out, you should be able to remove the bulbs themselves - which would allow you access to the water inside the headlamp casing ( i don't know if that is what you would call it ). try and see if you can stick a rag or something in there to try and sop up the water. or maybe try a can of compressed air to blow the water out. i hope some of what i said helps.

One way to fix the prob is take the light off and let it dy out. or just take the bulb out and let some air flow in for a while. it could be a crack somewhere n the light. you need to take it off get a water hose fill the light up and if its a crack the water will sip through. and take a lil bit of silicone an fill the spot up
