I tried to make one, but it didnt work. i look on craftster but i couldnt find any good instructions.
please help me!

I've seen a few books that have really cool design ideas for converting t-shirts into tons of things.

Here are few halter instructions I've found that may help you without buying a book:

There is a GREAT book on ways to turn T's into all kinds of cute shirts with virtually no sewing--it is called "Generation T". There are several halter styles that are so adorable and really easy to make look as if you purchase in a high end boutique.

cut the shirt like how a halter would look like. Then at the bottom there should be too much fabric. Just bunch it up and then use a pin to hold it in place.

cut it to your spcifications and sew the borders so that it doesn't fray.
