It seem like women have to be anorexic, blonde, and have light skin just to be considered beautiful in the west. Even Black, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Latino are subjected to lighter role/half white models like Hallie Berry, Aiswarya Rai, Eva Longoria, and Lucy Liu to look up to.

It is irritating. I think in general Western society is very limited and narrow minded. In other words if it's not white they can't appreciate it. That's why you have so many non-white women trying to approximate white standards of beauty. God forbid should you be a dark skinned Black woman with African features and a natural hairstyle; it's like you don't exist if you're not white or mixed with white. It's hard to keep your head up, but you have to keep trying. I just keep telling myself that even though the world may hate me God doesn't. God made me this way for a reason. If He saw fit to bless me with Black skin, brown eyes, a broad nose and kinky hair, what right do I have to hate myself? I just try to forget these trifling people who can't see beyond their own nose and go on about my business.

I didn't know Lucy Liu was half white, but ok. That standard has almost always existed. Rich women were the whitest because they never had to work outside, and now fashion models and actresses are expected to be as thin as possible. We look up to those who have what we want, and rich and famous have it. I am white, but not uber uber thin so this pains me a little too. It helps to realize that most children's role models are their parents, whatever their skin color or weight.

Ask the movie producers and the Editors of every fashion magazine. To me...I don`t give a hoot. I am white, not anorexic ,I am a size 13 (the average American women wears 14!). It`s just a fantasy world, not the real world.

HUH? Eval longoria is half white? Lucy liu is half white?
Well I've done lots of research, and frankly a fat broad is difficult to manuver in the sack...if she sleeps on your chest you have difficulty breathing, you have to open your arms wide to hug her, her thing thing doesnt clamp as tightly, and you have to pay more when you go to the restaurant......
I like a slimer chick because shes more agile, less lazy, with more energy to do more, in and out of the sack, and you can give her a nice hug with out pulling your arms out of the sockets.
I dont particularly care for a white like snow broad, or a black like coal broad either, but anywhere in between, either light or dark is ok, as long as she isnt extreme.

well it may seem that way, but if you've ever been to north america, you'd realize the vast majority of women are overweight and only about 50% of them are "white"

not all american women are like those you see on TV. A minute percentage of them actually are that thin.
