A scotchbrite pad and some paint thinner would do the trick.. But if you dont want dried out hands you should use some sand soap for industrial use. Also try hot water and soap with the scotchbrite if you repeat the process is should get that tar off. Or you might want to try sitting in a hot tub for a few hours.

how do you get tar on your hands in the first place? isn't tar HOT? anyway, i would imagine oil, or some kind of grease to detach it from your skin.

When I was in the Navy, I cleaned my hands with cold cream, and then soap and water. To smooth out the skin I used Jergens lotion.

Use a jack hammer or get a road roller to go over it and flatten it. Then it can be removed in one sheet like a plaster.

I use coconut oil on my hand and with in a few minutes tas melt and clen my hand. It work really great

Scrub what u can off with a nail bruch, then I think you'll have to wait for your dead skin to flake off

You can use turpentine which is made from pine trees,or mineral spirits.Then wash with soap and water.Rubbing alcohol works too.

if you try to remove it, it'll peel the skin off with it. so i suggest that you go to a doctor to remove it.
