Actually I am one of those ugly girls and I could definitely use some make up but my life is to busy and full to be bothered taking the time to use it.
I have noticed that when I do take the time, people really set up and notice me, but it's not the attention that I crave, so when I get bored with it all I quit using it.
I have seen a lot of beautiful women wearing makeup and I can tell they never needed an ounce of it they have natural beauty and are only destroying their skin.
There are the girls in the middle and they have a tendency to leave makeup lines, You know the ones where they only put the liquid makeup on their face and it stops at the chin, leaving their necks exposed.
Have you ever done liquid embroidery like Tri-Chem? When you paint with it or you use oils you blend an that is the way facial makeup should be blend the color into the neck and down for a more youthful natural look and blend your eye makeup to give radiance to your face and a tiny bit of rouge for the healthy look.
Hey, I wasn't always butt ugly. But time takes over and there is nothing you can do about it, except set in front of a mirror or have plastic surgery. There are more important things for me to enjoy and I do.
But, if you are a makeup person and you enjoy it then you should do it.

No, because everyone wheres makeup even though there pretty. some people just wear it to impress people or get a guy or look hotter than another person or just for fun or for special occasions. if u where makeup it doesn't mean ur ugly. it could just mean u like to put on makeup and u think it makes u look better

I wouldn't say ugly girls wear a lot of makeup, however girls who believe they are ugly or don't think they are glamourous tend to pile on the makeup.

yeah. thats mean. I am pretty, but I wear makeup to be prettier, not because I feel ugly. all hollywood stars wear makeup, doesn't mean they're ugly

From my very childhood i'd been sure that only ugly women need makeup: natural look is much better than stupid paint and plastering on beautiful young (and even not-so-young but attractive) face.

I personally don't think that statement is true. I have seen some chicks that are smashing hot wear lots of make up, and also have seen some chicks that are extremely ugly that should be wearing more make up\make up period.

NO, many girls wear make-up because they are insecure with themselves or they think a guy is cute and want to impress him but, most girls wear make-up for fun or they just like it because it makes them feel older

but if ugly girls wear lots of make up it will probably make them uglier.
i think tons of makeup would make anyone ugly. even if they are pretty before they put on all that make up.
